Part-Time/virtual Accounting Specialist (2 Days/Week)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). You'll handle core accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support the team to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Record and reconcile financial transactions

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports

  • Reconcile bank statements and ledgers

  • Support month-end and year-end closings

  • Maintain organized, accurate financial files

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 1-2 years of accounting experience

  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly

Schedule: 2 days per week / flexible hours

Location: Remote
