Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for an Account Management Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing client needs, and providing tailored travel solutions to meet their goals. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and Analytical Skills to oversee client accounts and develop data-driven solutions
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain valuable client relationships
  • Outstanding Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is beneficial
