Scope of the Role

Support the technical aspects of architectural design and documentation during various project stages, under the supervision of senior technical staff. The Junior Technical Architecture Engineer assists in producing detailed drawings, applying building codes, and coordinating with engineering disciplines to ensure accurate and executable architectural packages.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities


• Receive tasks from the direct manager to begin the design development phase.


• Learn and participate in the application of code requirements and fulfilling the consultants' requirements and the project's building footprint to ensure a comprehensive study of all project aspects under the supervision of the direct manager.


• Learn and participate in proposing a structural system that aligns with the architectural design while maintaining the form and function of the architectural product, followed by coordination with the specialized consultant through the direct manager.


• Participate in the preparation of permit drawings (floor plans, elevations, architectural sections) for obtaining the building permit from the relevant government authorities, under the supervision of the direct manager.


• Participate in the preparation of detailed architectural works for the project (wall sections, door and window schedules, etc.) to issue the tender drawings package, under the supervision of the direct manager.


• Participate in the completion of final architectural drawings (Issued for Construction – IFC) for the project based on the client's request, under the supervision of the direct manager.

Professional Qualification & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.


• 0–2 years of relevant technical architecture experience.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.


• Basic understanding of building codes and architectural detailing.
