Technical Support: Provide technical support to the architectural team during the design phase and throughout construction. Develop and review architectural drawings, details, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Coordination: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to integrate all aspects of the project. Facilitate design reviews and coordination meetings to address potential conflicts in design and execution.Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including design calculations, technical reports, and project correspondence. Organize and archive project documents and records in an efficient manner.Site Support: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify compliance with architectural specifications, and assist with problem-solving on-site issues. Review shop drawings and material submittals to ensure conformity with design intent and specifications.Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct inspections and assessments of work completed to ensure adherence to design and regulatory standards.Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact between clients, contractors, and design teams, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Prepare and present project updates and technical presentations to clients as necessary.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and construction. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering, or higherExperience: Minimum of [7] years of experience in architectural design or construction management roles, with a focus on technical office functions. Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
