Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architecture Technical Office Engineer
to join our
Engineering Management & Technical Office Team (DPT08)
.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural design and execution drawings, coordinating with all engineering disciplines to ensure design consistency, extracting material quantities, and preparing technical submittals in accordance with project specifications and local building codes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
in line with project requirements, design standards, and local building codes.

Coordinate with
Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Interior Design
departments to ensure complete system integration and eliminate design conflicts.

Develop detailed architectural
execution drawings, sections, and finishing details
for facades, partitions, ceilings, and other building elements.

Extract accurate
material quantities
(tiles, paints, ceilings, doors, windows, etc.) and prepare detailed quantity take-off sheets.

Prepare
technical submittals
, compliance sheets, and material samples for consultant approval in coordination with suppliers and site engineers.

Review shop drawings and subcontractor submissions to ensure alignment with project design intent and specifications.

Provide prompt
technical support and solutions
for any on-site architectural issues and ensure timely documentation.

Revise and update drawings based on
consultant feedback, site conditions, or design modifications
, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all documents.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree
in Architecture.

Minimum 5 years
of experience in architectural design or technical office work within the construction or contracting field.

Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and SketchUp
.

Strong knowledge of
architectural detailing, finishing materials, and local building codes
.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Strong command of
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
