— a leading architecture and interior design company in Egypt — is looking for a talented Technical Office Engineer to join its growing team in New Cairo.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with solid technical expertise and a passion for precision to support our design and execution teams in delivering exceptional architectural and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze project drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare shop drawings, material take-offs, and quantity surveys for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing technical submittals, RFIs, and as-built documentation.
  • Scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting.
  • Ensure that all designs and details meet quality, safety, and client requirements.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to project value engineering.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer in the architecture, interior design, or fit-out industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Shop Drawing preparation.
  • Strong understanding of finishing materials, details, and execution methods.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with design and site teams.
  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
