About the Role
Join our team as a Sales & Marketing Intern and gain real-world experience in how modern marketing teams build brand awareness, generate leads, and communicate value within the tech industry. This is a hands-on, paid internship where you'll work on live projects and contribute directly to Robotesta's growth.
What You'll Do
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts
- Support the creation of content such as blogs, visuals, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot new opportunities
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Canva
- Available for 40 hours per week during the internship
Nice to Have
- Coursework or experience in digital marketing, content creation, or advertising
- Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, or email marketing software
- Experience creating social media content or managing brand pages
