Kaii Lab is a Webflow Professional Certified Partner agency based in Egypt. We craft websites and digital experiences with the right people for the job. We are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern to join our Commercial Team and support our Sales and Partnerships Associate in executing marketing initiatives, driving growth, and building relationships.
Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Intern will gain hands-on experience across both marketing and sales functions, learning the full lifecycle of client engagement, lead generation, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is a recent university graduate with strong strategic and creative thinking skills, excellent communication, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to engage audiences and promote our projects, talents, and initiatives.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns (such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising) to capture the interest of potential leads.
- Schedule posts and manage social media channels, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Brainstorm ideas for content campaigns, photo/video shoots, and creative initiatives.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and webinars, to attract and nurture leads.
- Propose innovative promotional tools and Public Relation activities.
- Attend online initiatives, interviews, podcasts, and in-person marketing events.
- Contribute to editorial calendars and assist in producing visuals and messaging that are on-brand.
- Report and analyse social media and SEO performance metrics.
- Introduce innovative ideas to increase engagement and follower growth across social media and organic search platforms.
- Assist the Sales and Partnerships Associate in researching potential clients and partners.
- Support lead generation activities and track inbound and outbound leads using the CRM system.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Communicate with leads and clients via email, calls, and other channels under guidance.
- Track sales pipeline activities, follow up on pending approvals and contract signatures, and document all interactions in the company authorised CRM.
- Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, reports, and reference material.
- Create content for the website and for SEO purposes in Arabic and English.
- Participate in team meetings (online and in person) to understand lead requirements and ensure proper briefings are shared with the Production Team by filling out the business development to team form (BD2T) and the change request to team form (CR2T).
- Conduct consumer and market research to identify potential clients and partners.
- Apply to requests for proposals (RFPs) across various channels.
- Document and track all sales pipeline activities using the sales customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
Requirements:
- University graduate (related major preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Familiarity and experience with a CRM system is a plus.
- Energetic, creative, and resourceful with a desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about marketing, sales, and storytelling.
