Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for the Civas & Inpatient Section Head. The responsibilities include leading and managing the Civas and Inpatient departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care. The role involves overseeing patient management, supervising teams, implementing best practices, and maintaining compliance with medical and operational standards. The Section Head will participate in planning, monitoring, and evaluating departmental activities while fostering collaboration among all teams.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of inpatient care, clinical operations, and evidence-based healthcare practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • A medical degree and qualifications relevant to the field, with prior experience in a leadership role in healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations in Egypt and quality standards in a hospital environment.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation techniques.
  • Additional qualifications in healthcare administration or management are advantageous.
