Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Beni Suef for a Call Center Operation Supervisor. The Call Center Operation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of call center representatives, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Tasks include developing and implementing operational procedures, providing training and support to the team, analyzing call center metrics, and handling customer escalations.
