Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Beni Suef for an Operation Call Center Supervisor. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team of call center agents, and maintaining high performance levels. They will monitor and analyze call center metrics, provide feedback and coaching to team members, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Supervisory Skills and Team Management
- Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
- Analytical Skills to monitor and evaluate call center performance
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
