Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Outbound Call Center Supervisor located in Beni Suef. The supervisor will oversee daily operations of the outbound call center, manage and support the team, ensure customer satisfaction, and analyze call center metrics for continued improvement. The supervisor will coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory and Team Management skills
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills to assess call center performance and metrics
  • Ability to work onsite in Beni Suef
  • Experience in call center operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
