Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Call Center Representative located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work from home acceptable. The representative will handle customer inquiries, provide customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain excellent interpersonal relations with clients. Day-to-day tasks include answering calls, resolving customer issues, providing information about services, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literacy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
  • Previous experience in a call center or related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
