Salary: 7,700 EGP

Days Off: 2 fixed days/week


Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join a leading real estate company. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, providing information about projects, and assisting in generating qualified leads for the sales team.


Responsibilities
:


• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding real estate projects


• Provide accurate information and answer client inquiries professionally


• Follow up on leads and maintain customer records


• Ensure excellent customer experience and communication


• Collaborate with the sales team to support closing deals


Requirements
:


• Fresh graduates or university students are welcome to apply


• Very good to excellent English level


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Previous Customer Service experience is preferred


• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
