Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Product Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Product Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and guidance to our customers, as well as assisting with sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert knowledge and guidance to customers on our products and services

- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle or part to meet their needs

- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and advancements

- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and meet targets

- Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating product brochures and organizing promotional events

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products and services

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry

- In-depth knowledge of automotive products and services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Fluent in English and Arabic
