Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist based in 10th of Ramadan, Egypt. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network systems, providing IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves overseeing IT operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted functionality across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 0 to 1 year of experience.
  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to ensure the integrity and safety of technical systems.
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Information Technology to resolve and support various technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to address and assist users with their IT-related needs and concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar IT role, especially within a production or manufacturing environment, is a plus.
