Job Title :
IT Support Specialist

Job Purpose :

Providing end-user support is a daily responsibility for IT Specialists. They need to communicate solutions effectively, resolve technical issues, and improve user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users, assisting with hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Install, update, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware, including servers and workstations.
  • Provide support through various channels like phone, email, chat, or in-person, often using helpdesk or ticketing systems.
  • Manage access, system permissions, and contribute to the overall security of the computing environment.
  • Support internal IT projects and system rollouts.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
  • 2-4 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
  • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
