Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Qesm 3rd New Cairo. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and closing sales. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing customized sales presentations, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role may also involve collaborating with team members to develop effective sales strategies and staying updated on industry trends and products.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales, business development, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industry, is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage
