Job Title: Market Access Specialist (Cairo)

Overview:

The Market Access Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure optimal access to the company's products in the healthcare market. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and regulatory stakeholders, to facilitate pricing and reimbursement processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare providers, payers, and government agencies to facilitate access to products.
2.    Data Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare policies to inform market access strategies.
3.    Reimbursement Submissions: Prepare and submit reimbursement applications and ensure compliance with local regulations and policies.
4.    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to align market access strategies with commercial objectives. 

Qualifications:


•    Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in pharmaceutical science or Veterinary Medicine

•    Experience: 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical field, Health economic background and understanding is a privilege, Merck academies graduates/participants is privilege.

•    Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively
