Job Purpose:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using SAP and a background in the medical or healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the accounting team in performing daily, monthly, and annual accounting tasks.

Oversee all financial transactions, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.

Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.

Monitor and analyze accounting data; produce financial reports or statements.

Manage audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Develop and implement accounting systems and processes using SAP for improved efficiency and accuracy.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities in coordination with the finance team.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.

Ensure accurate cost allocation, especially related to medical operations, supplies, and services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA / CMA qualification preferred.

Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong SAP experience is a must.

Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.

Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.

Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
