Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing account strategies, setting up meetings, handling client communications, and delivering reports. The Account Manager will work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Experience in developing and executing account strategies
  • Ability to work with internal teams and ensure client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in exhibition and event management industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
