Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager located in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the accounting team, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting, overseeing tax compliance, and developing financial strategies. The role also involves conducting financial analysis, overseeing audits, maintaining internal controls, and collaborating with other departments to support overall financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience with audit processes and maintaining internal controls
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the education or publishing industry is a plus
