Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with key events and campaigns.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across all social platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather timely and relevant content and updates.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, safeguarding policies, and privacy standards.
  • Engage with and monitor our audience through comments, messages, and community management.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, traffic, follower growth) using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize performance and inform future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (6-9 years)
  • Has a background or is proficient in Graphic Design
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices for engagement and growth.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content tailored to our audience.
  • Strong portfolio or proven work in social media management
