Role Description:

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's online presence across all social platforms. The role focuses on creating content, engaging with the audience, implementing social media strategies, and tracking performance to support brand growth and marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across all platforms.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including posting, commenting, and responding to messages.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly or monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and designers to ensure consistent branding.
  • Run paid social media campaigns when required.
  • Increase followers, engagement, and reach through creative and data-driven strategies.
  • Handle community management and ensure positive brand representation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms.
  • Good communication and content-creation skills.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and social media tools.
