We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
ERP Sales Executive
with a strong background in
Odoo ERP sales
. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of ERP systems, business process management, and solution-based selling. This role requires a professional capable of identifying client needs, developing tailored proposals, and building long-term partnerships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote
    Odoo ERP solutions
    across various industries.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct detailed presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing Odoo's capabilities and business value.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and activity reports within the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of
    2–4 years of experience in ERP software sales
    , with
    proven experience selling Odoo ERP
    solutions.
  • Strong understanding of
    Odoo modules
    such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close enterprise-level deals.
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation
    skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client operations and identify pain points.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM and pipeline management tools.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and cloud-based ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge of market trends and digital transformation strategies in the ERP domain.
