We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
ERP Sales Executive
with a strong background in
Odoo ERP sales
. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of ERP systems, business process management, and solution-based selling. This role requires a professional capable of identifying client needs, developing tailored proposals, and building long-term partnerships that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote
Odoo ERP solutions
across various industries. - Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct detailed presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing Odoo's capabilities and business value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and activity reports within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of
2–4 years of experience in ERP software sales
, with
proven experience selling Odoo ERP
solutions. - Strong understanding of
Odoo modules
such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close enterprise-level deals.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills. - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client operations and identify pain points.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM and pipeline management tools.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of market trends and digital transformation strategies in the ERP domain.
