Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Odoo Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and functional support to

Odoo users, troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth system operations, and coordinating

with developers and consultants to resolve incidents efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide first-level and second-level support for Odoo ERP users (functional and

technical).


• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues in various Odoo modules (Sales,

CRM, Accounting, Construction, Inventory, HR, Projects, etc.).


• Log and track support tickets through the internal helpdesk system until

resolution.


• Collaborate with the development team to escalate and fix complex bugs or

customizations.


• Test and validate solutions before deployment to production.


• Prepare user documentation, FAQs, and training materials for internal teams.


• Assist in module configuration and system updates when needed.


• Ensure users follow best practices and provide guidance on Odoo usage.


• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for

improvements.


• Maintain a high level of professionalism and timely communication with end

users.

Requirements:

Education:


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related

field.

Experience:


• 1–3 years of experience in Odoo support roles.


• Experience with Odoo modules and workflows is a must.


• Basic understanding of Python or XML is a plus.


• Familiarity with Linux and PostgreSQL is an advantage.

Skills:


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously.


• Good understanding of business processes (sales, accounting, inventory, etc.).


• Attention to detail and documentation skills.
