Position Overview :

The Odoo Specialist will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing ElGabaly Architects'
ERP (Odoo) system. This role involves collaborating with all departments to ensure efficient workflows, accurate data management, and the effective use of Odoo as a central operational tool. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Odoo implementation and customization, coupled with a solid understanding of business processes in a design and engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Odoo System Management

2. Serve as the main administrator and super user for the firm's Odoo ERP system.

3. Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules in collaboration with internal teams and external developers.
4. Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
5. Conduct regular data audits to maintain accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all modules.
6. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making.

7. Stay updated with new Odoo releases and recommend system enhancements.

8. Process Optimization & Integration

9. Map and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities using Odoo.

10. Ensure seamless integration between Odoo modules and third-party tools or platforms.
11. Standardize workflows across departments to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

12. Support the digital transformation of firm-wide operations by automating key processes.

13. Cross-Departmental Coordination

14. Collaborate with departments such as Design, HR, Finance, Admin, and Business Development to ensure smooth system adoption.

15. Translate business needs into Odoo solutions that streamline internal operations.

16. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, and end-users.

17. Training & Support

18. Train staff members on Odoo functionalities, best practices, and new modules.

19. Create user manuals and internal documentation for system usage.

20. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to all departments.

21. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

22. Generate and maintain reports that track KPIs, resource utilization, and project performance.

23. Provide insights from system data to assist management in strategic decision-making.
24. Ensure data-driven visibility into project operations, timelines, and financial performance.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Odoo certification or equivalent ERP-related training is a plus.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing and customizing Odoo ERP systems.
• Previous experience in an architectural, engineering, or consultancy environment is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in ERP implementation, module integration, and process optimization.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical understanding of Odoo (administration, customization, reporting).
• Familiarity with project-based workflows common in architecture and engineering firms.
