Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a BIM Interior Design Engineer. The role involves creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, collaborating with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams to develop integrated construction designs. The position also includes preparing detailed construction drawings, reviewing architectural and engineering plans, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working on large-scale design and construction projects
  • Proficiency in preparing construction drawings and detailed engineering designs
  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Background in Architecture or Civil Engineering is essential
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in BIM software or related programs are a plus
