Key Responsibilities

  1. Design & Planning


• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial.


• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models .


• Conduct site assessments to understand dimensions, conditions, and technical constraints.


• Select materials, finishes, colors, furniture, lighting, and décor items according to project requirements.

  1. Project Coordination


• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material specifications.


• Coordinate directly with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate implementation.


• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design standards.


• Manage project timelines and ensure delivery according to schedule.

  1. Client Interaction


• Meet with clients to understand design requirements, style preferences, and project goals.


• Present concepts, layouts, and 3D for client approval.


• Provide professional recommendations regarding materials, space usage, and cost optimization.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop.


• Strong understanding of construction methods and interior fit-out procedures.


• Knowledge of MEP coordination and architectural detailing.

Soft Skills


• Creativity and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.


• Problem-solving and site management capabilities.

Education & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Engineering.


• 2–5+ years of experience in interiors, fit-out, or architectural design
