Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist at House of Cocoa, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales activities, providing expert product recommendations, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include participating in team training sessions and contributing to the overall growth of sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to deliver and participate in effective Training sessions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Background in the food and beverage or retail industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
