Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in New Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored automotive protection and spare parts solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves monitoring sales processes and participating in relevant training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and respond to inquiries.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to deliver and participate in Training sessions to enhance team performance and knowledge.
- Effective problem-solving and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle customer needs efficiently.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
