Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in New Cairo with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for interacting with prospective and current customers to understand their needs, providing product or service information, and closing sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, following up on leads, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their requirements
  • Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and manage sales pipelines
  • Experience in providing or facilitating Training to educate clients about products or services
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the education or training industry is an advantage
