Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Cairo for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and presenting Scenti's products and services with professionalism. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer accounts, delivering exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings. Additionally, the role involves communicating effectively with team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide high-quality service.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to provide Training and guide clients or team members on product and service offerings.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a goal-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
