Key Responsibilities


• Manage and continuously update the events calendar with all current and upcoming events.


• Research and identify new and trending events locally and internationally across sports, entertainment, and cultural sectors.


• Upload and manage event listings on the FansPass website, including all details such as event name, category, venue, dates, pricing, seat maps, ticket types, and images.


• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all event information before publishing.


• Update the website homepage regularly to highlight trending and high-demand events.


• Coordinate with the marketing team to support event promotions and provide necessary details for poster and campaign materials.


•
Prioritize events based on demand, timing, and strategic importance to FansPass.


• Monitor event performance, including traffic, conversion, and sales, and provide performance reports with recommendations for improvement.


• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth publishing, functionality, and user

experience for all listed events.


• Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze buyer feedback to identify areas for enhancing event presentation

and user satisfaction.


• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to strengthen FansPass' event portfolio.

Requirements


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OIice tools.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).


• Previous experience in event management, ticketing, or e-commerce is an advantage.
