Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive IT Specialist to manage our day-to-day IT operations and support internal tools. This role is fully remote until our Cairo office is ready, and fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities:


• Manage daily IT operations: hardware, software, and network systems.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.


• Build and maintain basic internal tools using Microsoft platforms (Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps).


• Ensure IT security, backups, and system updates.


• Provide IT support to team members.

Requirements
:


• Proven experience in IT support or IT operations.


• Basic development skills with Microsoft tools (Excel macros, Power Automate, Power Apps).


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.


• Excellent communication skills in English.


• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
