Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell auto-loan products to individual and corporate customers through direct sales, dealership partnerships, and referral channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealerships, car showrooms, and agents to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Assess customer eligibility by collecting necessary documents and coordinating with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
  • Present loan features, benefits, and repayment options clearly to customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of leads, following up systematically to convert prospects into successful deals.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor products, pricing, and promotions to support product and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in auto loan sales, retail banking, or consumer lending.
  • Background in auto finance, banking sales, or dealership-based financial services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities; target-oriented and proactive.
  • Knowledge of loan origination and credit assessment; familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic, good English command, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
