Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for an MEP Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure successful project completion. Responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams. The MEP Project Manager will also manage resources, resolve project challenges, and uphold high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and proficiency in plumbing practices
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure project success
  • Proficiency in budgeting and managing project costs effectively
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing technical submittals for construction projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in construction or related industries is an advantage
