Are you a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for efficient operations? Al-Rifai Food Industries, a leader in the food manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly organized Stock Controller to join our dynamic warehouse and logistics team.

About the Role:

As a Stock Controller, you will be the guardian of our inventory integrity. You will play a vital role in ensuring our stock levels are accurately maintained, supporting seamless production and distribution processes. Your work will directly contribute to minimizing waste, reducing costs, and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage daily stock counts, cycle counts, and comprehensive annual inventory audits.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels for raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages and overstocking.
  • Accurately manage and update inventory records in our system, ensuring real-time data integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records promptly.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient warehouse organization and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
  • Generate and analyze daily and weekly inventory reports for management, highlighting critical trends and issues.
  • Liaise closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements.
  • Ensure all inventory activities adhere to company policies and industry health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Clerk, or similar role, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
  • Good understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate successfully with different departments.
