JOB TITLE

Order To Cash Associate Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Finance

ROLE SUMMARY

Order to cash associate manager will support the department to manage allocation of resources, complete any requirements to meet business expectations, Service Level Agreement performance and other responsibilities thereby enabling achievement of day-to-day as well as, strategic objectives.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Support in managing a high-performing Invoice to Pay team by providing training and process expertise to the team.
  • Oversee processes related to invoice receipt, invoice booking, payments, suppliers queries, month-end Activities, coordinate with Procurement for any I2P master data on supplier master/item master.
  • Identify and establish policies and procedures in conjunction with the internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for timely closure of books at various intervals.
  • Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks and escalate to Process Manager and the Tower Lead.
  • Review AP Aging reports and ensure timely settlement or escalation.
  • Review Open GRNIs and liaise with relevant stakeholders to facilitate invoice submissions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all supplier-related inquiries and escalations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 6 years post-qualification finance experience in a similar role in a shared services organization
  • Strong understanding of the entire P2P cycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to drive results and continuous improvement.
  • Strong accounting system background.
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience.
