About the Role

We are seeking
Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist
to join our Sales & Distribution team within the Shared Service Center. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle — from order creation and pricing to billing and delivery — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with global and regional business standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in
SAP SD/CRM
, excellent process understanding, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    Order-to-Cash (O2C)
    process, including
    sales order creation, delivery processing, billing, and invoicing
    .
  • Maintain
    pricing structures, discounts, and customer agreements
    in accordance with company and regional policies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely
    billing operations
    while minimizing sales order processing errors.
  • Collaborate with
    logistics and warehouse teams
    to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor and reconcile
    customer accounts
    to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  • Support
    Sales & Distribution (SD)
    integration with
    CRM and logistics modules
    for seamless data flow.
  • Identify opportunities to
    standardize contracts, streamline billing cycles, and enhance order management processes
    .
  • Support ongoing
    SAP enhancements and process automation initiatives
    .
  • Maintain compliance with
    company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
    .

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
    .
  • 2–4 years
    of experience in
    Order-to-Cash, Sales Operations, or Billing
    within a multinational or Shared Services environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of
    SAP SD and CRM modules
    (Sales Orders, Billing, Pricing, and Shipping).
  • Deep understanding of the
    O2C process flow
    and related financial impacts.
  • Experience coordinating with
    logistics, warehouse, and finance
    teams.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a cross-functional global setup.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    and
    SAP S/4HANA
    is a plus.
  • Fluency in
    English
    ; other languages are an advantage.
