Order to Cash Process Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Finance

Role Summary
The O2C Process Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all processes. This role drives operational excellence, manages stakeholder relationships, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cash flow and customer satisfaction.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Manage the full O2C cycle including order processing, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets.
  • Lead and mentor the O2C team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to align on business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain process integrity.
  • Explore innovative solutions and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of O2C processes and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in O2C or related finance functions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent team management and stakeholder communication skills.
