Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in El Sadat City. The Telesales Specialist will handle outbound and inbound sales calls, build and maintain customer relationships, and address client inquiries effectively. Key responsibilities include promoting ISOTECH Egypt's products and services, coordinating with the sales team, achieving sales targets, and consistently providing excellent customer support during and after the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs and provide exceptional service
  • Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
  • Sales skills, including the ability to promote products, close deals, and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
