Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Telesales Specialist based in El Mansoura. The Senior Telesales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales through telephonic communication, identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in telesales, customer service, and lead generation
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities
