Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with relevant stakeholders.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.

Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Proven track record of successfully filling open positions within set timelines.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.

Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.

Experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus.
