Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction, accurately documenting information, and coordinating with team members to ensure effective and efficient communication. The specialist will act as the first point of contact between customers and the medical center.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Contact Centers operations and proven ability to manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Good Computer Literacy, including familiarity with CRM software, spreadsheets, and basic typing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in healthcare or medical services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Arabic and English, is a strong advantage.
