Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site
Proposal Engineer
to join our team in Giza. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, organized, and passionate about producing high-quality technical and commercial proposals for major engineering projects. This role involves close coordination with internal technical teams, collecting and structuring required documentation, and ensuring full compliance with client instructions and tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop comprehensive
    technical and financial proposals
    for engineering tenders.
  • Coordinate with internal technical departments to collect project inputs, cost estimates, and data.
  • Review RFPs and ensure proposals meet all
    client requirements and compliance standards
    .
  • Support the overall bid strategy, documentation, and timely submission process.
  • Maintain and update databases including
    CVs, project references, and proposal templates
    .

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil Engineering
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    tendering, bidding, cost estimation, and project management
    .
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    and tendering software.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
