Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in aluminum products, located in Giza. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations, preparing technical proposals, negotiating with clients, and building strong customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the technical support and production teams to address customer requirements effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales processes
  • Technical Support knowledge to assist with addressing product-related inquiries and solutions
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional client relationships
  • Industry experience in construction materials or aluminum products is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
