Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Team Lead, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Training Team Lead will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs aligned with organizational needs, supervising training activities, and ensuring the team is well-equipped to achieve performance goals. The role involves assessing team and individual capabilities, providing guidance, and supporting professional development to enhance productivity and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Training & Development and hands-on expertise in designing effective training programs
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Excellent Communication skills for delivering training sessions, providing feedback, and maintaining team coordination
  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage, mentor, and guide teams
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and ability to apply them effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and relevant tools is a plus
