Reflect Development is expanding its financial team and is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Collection to join our office in Obour City.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Manage collection schedules and maintain accurate tracking of dues.

Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account issues.

Negotiate payment plans professionally when needed.

Coordinate with the Finance, Sales, and Legal departments to resolve cases efficiently.

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly collection performance reports.

Monitor overdue accounts and escalate high-risk cases promptly.

Maintain detailed and organized records of all collection activities.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years in Collection.

Previous experience in a real estate company is a Must.

Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

High problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly collection targets.

Professional attitude and customer-handling skills.

Working Conditions:

Location: Obour City – Reflect Development HQ

8 working hours

Friday is the weekly day off
