Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Corporate Collection Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Corporate Collection Specialist will be responsible for managing debt collections, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely cash collections. The role also involves collaborating with the finance team and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, preferably in a corporate, trading, or manufacturing sector.

Technical Competencies Required

  • Proficiency in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) analysis.
  • Understanding of banking instruments (e.g., Letters of Guarantee – LGs).
  • Familiarity with multi-currency collections such as USD, EUR, and local currency
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and credit management.
  • Proven track record in managing large or key customer accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and collection procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP software.
